User Responsibilities

Coinbuyz owes no fiduciary duty to users. The platform does not act as an agent, advisor, or representative of users. Users are solely responsible for:

  • Safeguarding their account credentials
  • All activities conducted through their accounts
  • Compliance with applicable laws including taxation
  • Understanding the risks of digital asset trading

Account Suspension & Termination

Coinbuyz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for:

  • Violations of these Terms
  • AML/KYC non-compliance
  • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Misuse of services
  • Legal requirements

Coinbuyz may retain and disclose user information and transaction data to FIU-IND or other competent authorities where required by law.
